My mission is to help you remember who you are and why you’re here…to witness you and walk with you on your healing path all the way back home to living your birthright of love every day…my mission is to help you EVOLVE.

15 years ago, I was a high-achiever who looked like she had it all together - but on the inside I was living a life that felt more like slowly dying. I was often frustrated, resentful & anxious. I was struggling to show up as perfect in a stressful job where I felt trapped & a marriage where I felt equal parts invisible and smothered.

I was stuck where most of us get stuck. I was busy focusing most of my time, energy, and attention exclusively on my external world, while my inner energy flow and connection to the greater consciousness that is our access point to life force, wellbeing, abundance, joy (and everything else we desire) slows to a mere trickle of the mighty river it’s meant to be.

For me, the first step out of that dark night of the soul - leaving my 19 year relationship - threw my entire life into chaos. From the wreckage, I built a new self. I built a new life. I learned how to love myself for real and be free from codependency & people pleasing. I reconnected to my inner GPS and started to trust something bigger than me again. I healed from the life-threatening asthma that was the result of chronic disconnect and stress.

Through years of study, research, real life testing, and training as a Certified Quantum Health Coach and a Life, Spiritual & Energetic Coach, I discovered what ancient cultures knew and quantum physics is now scientifically proving: mind-body-spirit connections are REAL. They have the power to totally transform your health and every facet of your life.

Today, I guide, support, and cheer on other amazing humans like you who are joining me in what I call the Radiant Soul (R)Evolution. We are people who are ready to start living a Soul Deep life full of joyful growth and evolution, instead of an uninspiring, surface level existence driven by ego mind and survival.
